Through the client portal we collect the information you provide to your tax firm — including contact details, tax questionnaire answers, uploaded documents, signatures, and messages you send to your preparer.
Your information is shared only with the tax firm that invited you to the portal and is used to prepare and file your tax returns. We do not sell your data.
Documents are stored in encrypted storage and access is restricted by row-level security to you and your assigned firm staff.
You can request a copy or deletion of your portal data at any time by contacting your firm's support email shown in the portal footer.
