Automatic tracking and reminders
Outstanding items are tracked automatically — no one has to remember to check in. Journey sends scheduled reminder emails to clients with unresolved checklist items, and staff can see, at a glance, exactly which returns are stuck waiting on the client versus ready to move forward.
