Software License Terms

Journey.tax, operated by Secord Fintech Inc., grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, subscription-based license to access and use the platform (the "Service") for your firm's internal business purposes. The license terminates automatically on non-payment or breach. It conveys no ownership; all intellectual-property rights in the Service remain exclusively with Journey.tax / Secord Fintech Inc.

You may not:

• copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the software;
• attempt to access or derive the source code;
• circumvent license or security controls; or
• use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes or to build a competing product.
