Software License Terms

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service and these Software License Terms, Secord Fintech Inc. ("Journey.tax") grants your firm a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, subscription-based license to access and use the Service for your firm's internal business purposes only, during the subscription term and to the extent of your paid entitlements.

2. Restrictions

You will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to access the source code or underlying structure of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, usage limits, rate limits, or other controls of the Service;
• use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product or service, or to benchmark for such purposes;
• sublicense, sell, rent, lease, time-share, or service-bureau the Service to any third party;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices, marks, or labels on the Service.

3. Reservation of rights

All right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Journey.tax and its licensors. No rights are granted other than as expressly set forth in these Software License Terms.

4. Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant Journey.tax a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

5. Termination of license

The license granted under these Software License Terms terminates automatically upon termination or expiration of your subscription or your material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you will cease all use of the Service.
